2005 PINOT NOIR – Appealing Pinot colour. Mouth filling flavours of raspberry and black cherry, with a hint of toasty Tronçais oak. Spicy, foresty nuances add complexity. Good weight of rich, ripe fruit leading to a rewarding finish.
2005 CHARDONNAY– Bright pale straw colour. Nutty barrel ferment notes. Complex fruit characters. Peach, nectarine and wild honey flavours evident. Well balanced acid backbone with a lingering finish.
2005 PINOT GRIS – Brilliant white gold colour. Pear and honeysuckle notes, perfumed floral aromas. Generous mouthfeel. Minerally character on middle palate, finishing clean and long.
2005 WILD ROSE – Let the fun begin. Antique heritage rose colour. Sundrenched strawberry scented nose. Exuberant pinot fruit on middle palate with surprising weight. A refreshing crisp finish.
